Walter Farndon (1876-1964) is a New England Plein-air painter best-known for impasto, Impressionist, sometimes near-Expressionist harbor and shore scenes. Harbor Scene was on exhibit at The Whistler House Museum of Art from April 1 to May 26, 2017.
